- Help our customers managing the program, installing, updating and rebooting the program
- Understanding the software
- Troubleshooting
- Printing problems
- Forgotten passwords/usernames
- etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Service + Tech support(preferred)
- 85% English level, good accent and pronunciation!!!
- Tech savvy
- Conversationalist
- Great people skills and outgoing personality
- High school diploma
- Schedule availability
- Great attitude is a must!
