At Homeschool Spanish Academy, the Care Team Specialist position will focus on customer support and sales. Care team members handle customer requests, provide tech support, assist our marketing team, and use our CRM system to maximize customer lifecycles.
At least one year of experience in an office environment working in customer service or other relevant work.
Native English speaker or 100 proficiency C2 level with a high Spanish language level.
Academic background in business, social science or other relevant study.
Result oriented, proactive attitude, and a dynamic professional work ethic.
Minimum commitment of 1 year.
