Corporate Lawyer

Biz Latin Hub is looking for an organized, motivated, and reliable individual that is passionate about the corporate world and can be our new Corporate Lawyer in Guatemala.

To be successful in this role you should possess excellent communication skills, have solid legal knowledge, and have experience leading teams! If you are a lawyer that wants to make a big impact in a fast-growing multinational company, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:
Degree in Law
Experience in corporate and commercial law (3+ years preferred)
Fluent level of English
Proven experience leading teams.
Confidence in engaging with clients.
Understanding of commercial and legal-related aspects.
Must be able to communicate and explain concepts in a clear and logical way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Very well organized, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Represent the company at a senior level.
Understand the financial aspects of the operation (i.e. know the numbers, understand basic financial concepts)
Take responsibility for profit/loss and achieve financial objectives.
Ensure the delivery of client services (quality control)
Ensure good communication and relationships with both clients and employees.
Lead on and close new clients.
Willing to work hard and lead by example.
Responsive for new Leads and current clients.
Available and happy to support our clients.
Comply with the company policies.
