The main purpose:
Support administrative workload that CDEs have been absorbed resulting from latest changes by migrating processes to CBS organization. Key Factor for CDEs job organization, reducing from 54 to 29 on administrative work, allowing having a more focused sales force on driving the expected growth.
Let's talk about the main responsibilities:
:Receive from all credit notes requirement to be recognized to customers with clear and complete backup based on local policy.
:Scan the backup performance.
:Initiate requests on the flow system and upload scanned backups.
:Provide visibility to completed requests.
:Coordinate printed output of Credit Notes with Office Helper.
:Organize paper load.
:Support clearing account balance providing status to Administrative Manager, and visibility to the team on proactive actions that can prevent negative impact on DSO.
:Support on download commercial agreements from WM portal.
What you need for this position:
:Bachelor degree. In Administration or related
:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
:Basic knowledge of local tax requirements.
:English: Intermediate:Advanced. (Nice to have)
:Knowledge of SAP : Nice to have.
:Excel: Intermediate:Advanced.
