Vacancy Description:
The General Manager must have a strategic vision and collaborative leadership skills to lead the organization's professionalization process.
This role will be responsible for strengthening key structures, particularly in Human Resources and organizational development, while fostering a culture where department leaders take ownership and accountability for their areas.

with diplomacy and respect for the existing culture, guiding the team toward higher levels of performance.
By effectively delegating operational responsibilities, the General Manager will focus on long-term planning and overseeing the company's strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
Lead the organization's professionalization process.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience as General Manager in the agricultural industry.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is desirable.
Availability to work in San Lucas Sacatepéquez.
English level – Bilingual.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
Valid U.S. visa.
