IT ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
Description:
Manage customer relationships for IT enterprise business, and effectively drive pre-deal decisions and negotiations.
Establish partnering relationships with channels and customer's teams.
Manage CRM, Sales Processes, Forecasting, Pipeline Management and related follow ups.
Understand customer strategy and requirements in order to promote business planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in ICT Engineering or related. MBA is preferred.
Fully involved into the Enterprise Sales environment. Important to know very well the industry procurement cycle.
5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Solution project sales, especially in the Server and Storage product line.
The candidate must have a success story handling big sales projects for this market.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent in both Spanish and English.
