Main purpose of the role:
The IT SM is responsible for oversight IT needs of the engagement taking into consideration Capgemini´s IT and IS standards. The needs came as new requirements (projects), improvements over solutions already implemented or even handling or escalating operational tickets.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible to develop and execute strategic plans for global implementation and operation of client services, driving standardization of IT solution and infrastructure deployment
Partner with Business delivery teams to leverage ?IT Service Assets' to meet the desired business outcomes of Revenue growth, Higher Margins, Customer satisfaction and Time-to-market
Establish and leverage vendor networks and in-house capability to develop an optimal Enterprise Content Management offering for the client.
Direct and facilitate design, development and delivery of efficient F&A workflow solution for the client
Partner with internal / external IT teams, including systems & applications programming, networks, infrastructure and computer operations to ensure compliance to system uptime commitments and also deploy a measurement system to track and report the same
Develop IT staffing and Budget projections and oversee all IT related purchase and budget usage.
Exercise staff oversight to ensure new operational plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives.
Work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identify and evaluate fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction. Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals.
Facilitate and manage business continuity and disaster recovery of company's information systems, including, but not limited to, needs analysis, design, plan development, implementation, and documentation.

Basic qualifications required:
4-5+ years of experience in IT project management, IT systems support or Software development.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of teams in a diverse corporate and client environment.
Able to identify and resolve issues in a positive manner.
Understand basic software application design.
Ability to successfully operate in a highly matrixed organizational system where partnership and influence are key drivers of success.
Effective at dealing with work environment change: Able to transition in role or handle a significant modification to workflow or technology with minimal ramp-up time and with very little guidance.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve business results.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
Experience on HTTP, TCP/IP, SNMP and DNS.
Experience with build and automation tools such as UiPath (or other).
Ability to build simple scripts to automate repeatable production tasks (using scripting languages like bash, ksh, perl, powershell) and have competent programming skills in at least one or more programming languages ( Python, Ruby, Java, C#).
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or Information Systems. Master's degree desirable.
