Objective

Lets talk about responsibilities
:
Design, implement and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance program for the equipment, facilities and buildings of the Focus Factory
:
Verify compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance with the FP and R planner and / or auxiliary
:
Develop and update the preventive and predictive maintenance program in SAP for all equipment installed in the plant (glider). Based on the PM optimization model.
:
Review and approval of the weekly or monthly maintenance plan as the case may be.
:
Ensure the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance orders and notifications generated by the system according to the established plan
:
Schedule and execute biweekly and / or monthly meetings with the mechanics.
:
Validate SWIS, IET or SOP maintenance procedures and ensure their correct implementation.
:
Ensure the execution of the maintenance plan on the dates agreed with production planning.
:
Design and implement the lubrication program.
:
Manage the budget of the maintenance accounts of spare parts and operating supplies of the plant, controlling that the total expenses are complying with the variable cost objective per ton
:
To be a line facilitator or autonomous groups of the plants
:
Coordinate the activities of the plant mechanics assigned tasks and distributing tasks among them.

Coordinate the implementation of assigned plant projects.
:
Identify the need to purchase spare parts and maintenance services, generate purchase orders, track delivery and manage payment to local and foreign suppliers.
:
Manage spare parts inventory by creating or modifying SXP through Safety Stock or Safety time strategies.
:
Supports the implementation of projects assigned to the area on Funding the Growth, Capital Equipment Budget, and better on:going.
:
Analyze the predictive maintenance report to identify opportunities for improvement in the life cycles of the parts.
:
Analyze the key indicators of the planned maintenance standard (adherence to the plan, labor effectiveness, effectiveness and cost of planned maintenance) and analyze information on MTBF, MTTR and relation of preventive maintenance vs. fail.

Ensuring compliance with the calibration plan
:
Provide support in compliance with the FP and R, Quality, Safety and Environment programs according to the standards assigned to it.
What do you need for this position?

Bachelors Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical Mechanics
:
At least 3 years of similar positions in the Supply Chain
:
At least 75 command in English

Requires knowledge in the areas of Mechanics, Electricity and Electronics
