JOB OVERVIEW
Trax is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team.
This
role goes beyond basic execution—you'll design impactful visuals that drive
engagement and elevate our brand across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate
combines design fundamentals, marketing savvy, and the ability to create data-
driven visuals, editorial layouts, and experiential design concepts that resonate
with our global audience.
You'll collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-
quality assets for digital campaigns, presentations, social media, email marketing,
events, and editorial content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PowerPoint Design Beyond Templates: Create custom, visually compelling
slides that communicate ideas effectively—no cookie-cutter templates.
Marketing-Driven Design: Apply marketing principles in every design—strategic
CTAs, imagery, stat callouts, hyperlinks, and layouts that convert.
Brand Consistency Innovation: Maintain brand standards while exploring
fresh, creative ideas that align with our identity.
Design Fundamentals: Ensure readability and visual hierarchy through
typography, alignment, image justification, and balanced layouts.
Data Visualization: Transform complex data into clear, engaging graphics for
ads, presentations, and email campaigns.
Editorial Design: Create visually appealing layouts for reports, articles, and
long-form content that enhance readability and storytelling.
Experiential Design: Develop creative concepts for event branding, signage,
and immersive experiences that reflect our brand identity.
Design assets for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, websites, and in-
app visuals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate strategy into creative concepts.
Manage projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity and precision.
Organize and maintain design assets for easy access and consistency.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and marketing best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
3–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns, presentations,
editorial layouts, and experiential design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with Canva and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
Understanding of marketing principles and how design drives engagement.
Ability to design PowerPoint presentations beyond templates.
Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
NICE TO HAVE
Motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience evolving brand systems.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Ability to create GIFs or lightweight motion assets.
Experience designing for mobile apps or in-app campaigns.
