Oikocredit International is looking for an Office Assistant
(40 hours) to be based in Ciudad Guatemala, Guatemala. This position will provide administrative support to the investment officers/managment in the marketing and operative activities.The Office Assistant is part of the Hub Central America and the Caribbea and reports to the Investment Manager.
As an office assistant, you will be responsible for:
Supporting with accounting and compliance local regulation
Supporting Marketing and Communications activities at country level
Managing contract with external IT consultants and other suppliers (stationary/maintenance/cleaning services)
Receiving the organizations visitors and hosting
organization events
Handling of invoicing and collection as well as payments and petty cash
Requests information from partners for preparation of EPTs or monitoring visits
Uploads documents for EPT's
and :monitoring.
Travel arrangements for team members and visitiors
Manages and updates functional contacts database
Supports electronic and hardcopy filing of documents in support of country staff
Supports with administration duties and data input
Supports (s)IO / IM with invoicing and collection
