Project Estimator (Remote)

For U.S. company, we are looking for a Project Estimator in charge of:

-Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.

-Utilize Buildertrend and ConX software to estimate the scope and cost of ADU builds in Southern California.

-Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

-Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure accurate estimations.

-Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bid submissions.



Ofrecen:

Salary: $1100 to $1500

Independent contractor

Remote from 8:00 - 5:00 PST

Requisitos:

University studies in construction management, administration, engineering or a related discipline

1-3 years of experiencie in relevant role

Preferably in the residential construction industry

Experience working with estimation software like Buildertrend or ConX.

Time management and habiliti to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, ability to organize and maintain accurate documentation and attention to detail.
