Project Manager

RESPONSABILITIES:
- The developing, analysis and design of the projects assigned
- The gathering of information related to the project to create or modify procedures in order to improve the produtivity.
- The analysis of the Internal Controls to design project in compliance with SOX
- The verifyng of the implementation of the projects in each location, in order to teset the execution.
- The ensuring of the proper maintenance and updating of the Operations Manual Procedures.
MINIMUN REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar areas.
- Minimun five years of experience in a management role, prefarably in the retail environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, demostrate teamwork and provide leadership
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operationg systems and AS400
- Proficient in English and /or Spanich languages (verbal an written)
- Travel required.
OTHERS TASKS:
- Support the Club Operation by teaching each department
- Audit procedures and Policies of the company
- Promotes effective communication within departments.
- Responsible fot he efficient administration of department budget
- Generates and reviews reports as required for the department.
