Proposal Manager

Descripción de la Plaza/nPosition Purpose
The successful candidate will have experience developing and reviewing proposals;
including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc. This person will be the first line for proposal
development and developing compelling proposal content or the Business
Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Job Responsibilities
? Determine proposal content by studying RFIs/RFPs and attending strategy
meetings
? Converts highly technical information into convincing, credible sales material,
differentiating the organization from competitors
? Revise content based on feedback from management and SMEs
? Follows and maintains procedures on proposal development
? Collaborates with team members to ensure attractive, precise, and
professional results
? Develops efficient processes for preparing and releasing regular content
deliverables
? Proposes new, creative ideas to drive customer engagement
? Audits and proofreads all written content for spelling, punctuation, grammar,
and clarity
? Researches industry information, conducting internal and external interviews
as needed, to develop competitive bid responses and presentations
? Maintains quality results by using templates and following proposal writing
standards
? Project manages the proposal process by creating a list of tasks, assigning
owners, and maintaining the overall schedule for multiple, simultaneous
proposals
? Ensures proposals are prepared and completed according to the instructions
? Ability to prepare high-level presentations

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent
knowledge required
? A minimum of five+ years of proposal management experience required
? Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present written
information in a professional manner
? Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook required
? Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
? Knowledge of BPO Industry
? Strong attention to detail with the ability to plan and multi-task in a deadline-
driven environment
? Team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in the
English language
