In this role, you have the opportunity to

Make an impact as the data analytics lead within the Philips Quality Management System (PQMS) organization, supporting the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business. The role involves working across IGTD to collect, analyze, and report on quality data to enable compliance. As data lead, you will collaborate across departments and with central teams. This role is the analytics liaison between the central teams and the IGTD business.

You are responsible for
Compiling, analyzing, and effectively presenting trending reports to identify opportunities that increase efficiency, ensure quality, and decrease cost.
Developing and implementing tools and techniques resulting in recommendations that enable leadership to make better data-based decisions.
Using innovative data analysis methodologies to identify hidden insights from data available within Philips.
Manipulating big data sets using innovative tools as well as proven techniques to disseminate complex raw information into clear and concise recommendations.
Building custom data queries and standardized reports by collaborating with internal customers to understand their needs.
Creating and continually improving procedures and work instructions to ensure reliable, repeatable results.
Validating all standardized queries, reports, and metrics used for quality purposes.
Demonstrating expertise in managing complex analysis and implementing large improvement projects.
Compiling and reviewing Quality Operations KPI’s for IGTD.
Supporting ongoing compliance improvement initiatives across IGTD.

You are a part of
As a result of Philips renewed commitment to Quality, it has recently restructured its organization to ensure you and your department have clear works with Philips Business Group and Market leadership, and can harness the expertise of five Centers of Excellence (COEs). These 5 COEs specialize in the following capabilities: Regulatory & Clinical Affairs, Supplier Quality, Quality Management System, Quality Assurance & Engineering, and Compliance & Audit.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Business Admin., or 10+ years equivalent industry-related experience.
Experience analyzing large sets of data in a regulated industry.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, including regularly leading presentations in front of leadership.
Experience with data mining methods, statistical analysis, & data visualization methods.
Experience with SAP, Excel, TrackWise, etc.
Experience working within a Quality Management System.
Able to manage multiple large and complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork skills including influencing and building rapport with internal customers and stakeholders.
