Ui Ux Designer

The designer works collaboratively with the marketing and development teams of various lead
generation websites. The designer is expected to help increase the efficiency of our direct response
lead generation websites through innovative thinking and consistent execution.

*Collaborate and liaison with members of our marketing team, developers and
other stakeholders to design exceptional and efficient user experiences for our
lead generation websites for multiple devices.
*Use analytics to drive informed business recommendations, and clearly
communicate status throughout the quarter against goals and objectives to senior
management, identifying risks and opportunities for proposed designs.
*Plan and execute conversion rate split testing (A/B and multivariate) road:maps
with our marketing department that will lift conversion rates with persistence.
Develop on ongoing repertoire and portfolio of best practices based on the
accumulation of all testing.
*Develop a standard style and interaction library of design elements that are best
practices for lifting conversion rate based on our internal tests. Use this accrued
knowledge to proactively provide recommendations for future investment.
*Develop optimization strategies using both qualitative (content evaluations, UX
design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (campaign performance analysis,
web analytics tools, user segment exploration) sources.
*Assist tech and marketing team with quality assessments of the final product. This
may include debugging, spelling/grammar and general finishing touches, as well
as completed QA documentation in preparation for UAT approval.
*Maintain and improve standard style guide and interaction pattern library
*Mentor other user experience designers and development teams on the best
practices for user experience.
Skills and abilities:
*Advanced degree in Web Design, Product Design, Graphic Design or related field.
*Strong design portfolio, either of client projects or personal ones.
*Ability to establish credibility with Engineers, Product Managers and Designers
quickly.
*Photoshop, Fireworks proficiency.
*Expert HTML knowledge, CSS and JavaScript knowledge.
*Knowledge of cross:browser issues and strategies for designing compatible UI.
