Call Axis is a data processing and call center that services a variety of companies in multiple industries. Under the direction of the Leadership Team, the Processing Specialist supports the clients of Call Axis by maintaining office operations & procedures as well as coordinating/supporting the activities of the Call Axis clients. This position reports to the Project Manager. This is an entry level position as an independent contractor. Contractor has the ability to provide their availability and maintain their own schedule, work is virtual but may be re-assigned to onsite after Emergency Order due to Pandemic COVID-19.

We often refer to this department as our “front line,” as they handle all inquiries while providing the highest quality customer service to our guests and staff, as well as other companies and medical facilities.
Definition of Web Developer/IT Support
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as they are in constant interaction with fellow team members, guests, therapists, other departments, and other organizations. An Intake Coordinator is also required to have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently and be able to perform under pressure, as some requests require immediate attention.
Administrative tasks and daily responsibilities of Web Developer / IT Support
Develop and maintain Web applications in PHP, be part of a small team of
remote development. It involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and adding new features. Looking for a representative with Full-stack or front-end experience with skills in HTML, Jquery, JS Frameworks, and responsive design. Daily attendance at SCRUM meetings and daily progress reports are required.

Desarrollar y dar mantenimiento a aplicaciones Web en PHP, formar parte de un pequeño equipo de
desarrollo remoto. Involucra solventar problemas, dar mantenimiento y agregar nuevas features. Se
busca experiencia full-stack o bien front-end con habilidades en HTML, Jquery, JS Frameworks y
responsive design. Se requiere de asistencia diaria a las SCRUM meetings y reporte de avances diarios.
