Descripción de la Plaza/n• High school diploma as a Perito Contador and a university degree as a Public Accountant and Auditor
• Five years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities and experience of supervising a team, preferably in an international or national non-profit organization
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish
• Knowledge and use of finance/accounting software and ERP systems preferred
• Positive leader and visionary, with strong teamwork skills
• Excellent ability for financial analysis
• Works with accuracy, integrity and attention to detail
• Proactive, anticipates problems and provide solutions, results oriented
• Availability to travel 30% of the time
