As a Customer Development Director for Central America, you'll lead strategies and commercial plans for the business unit that enables Kellanova to achieve sustainable and exponential growth of both sales and profit through time.You will deep understand the shopper, portfolio, brands, channels, distributional models, and clients.HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: :stylelist:style:type:disc::Responsible for setting the sales strategic direction: delivery of sales growth, market share and profitability targets. :Provides Business Unit market insights: identifies growth opportunities and a solid commercial overview based on consumer, shopper and customer expertise and channels differentiation. Also, assess and monitor business performance, market condition, shopper and customer dynamics to support business sustainability.:Sets sales goals: ensuring effective forecasting and accurate outlook to ensure a profitable business growth according to business expectations. :Leads and manages Sales Team: enabling and energizing them towards commercial alignment, flawless execution at store level, and ensuring the development of channels and key customers strategic relationship.:Leads the key channels and top customers: by giving strategic direction and planning at country level. :Ensures an effective pricing strategy: including categories, driving an attractive value equation to shoppers while maintain profitability targets. :Drives a solid trade investment strategy: controls and measurements setting the right investment criteria.
