The Integration Consultant is a key member of the integration team. In this role, you will work with the implementations team as well as directly with the customer to understand their technical requirements. You will oversee and facilitate all aspects of the integration build between systems. You will be responsible for documenting specifications, managing project scopes, building and testing integrations, and delivering technical solutions to customers. The person in this role must be highly collaborative, disciplined, and have a strong sense of duty. The position requires attention to detail, strong time management, and account/project management to partner with customers and internal teams for success.
Responsibilities
Lead technical tasks for customer implementations. Tasks include: Lead integration kickoff meeting, Communicate and document integration feature set to customer, ensure necessary tasks are completed to facilitate integration work, design and construct integration components, complete customer integration testing and obtain interface signoff, monitor patient and appointment loads
Build, maintain, and support all integration related network connections
Maintain good rapport with Clearwave integration partners
Gather business requirements for new features and scope out with integration team
Assist with customer integration maintenance and upgrades
Assist as Tier 2 Support for integration functionality
Maintain up-to-date customer integration documentation including interface changes and contact information.
Build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Work independently to complete tasks on time and collaborate with others as part of a team.
Assist with internal company initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
Prior experience in data integration or technical configuration role.
Familiarity with JavaScript and Mirth Connect.
Bachelor’s degree.
Customer-oriented approach to solving problems and providing hands on support.
Process orientation that demonstrates ability to analyze, design, and build complex processes.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.
Preferred:
Healthcare experience.
Client service experience.
Hands-on experience with software implementations.
HL7 / XML data integration experience.
