Teaching responsibilities within FY&UP include 3-unit first-year seminars, 1-unit and 3-unit academic resiliency and recovery courses, and 1-unit second-year seminars, all of which aim to (1) support students in their transition to the academic and social demands of college and (2) support students in the psycho-social development of self and community including the development of personal values and goals for college and career success.? Candidates should have experience working directly with students.??Minimum qualifications:Master's DegreeDemonstrated ability in working with students to facilitate their transition from high school to collegePer the California State University's Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.
