Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Administrative studies, marketing, communications, or any other human sciences related studies.
Highly empathetic and proactive. Thrives in a fast-changing environment.
Comfortable with remote work, self-directed tasks, and able to work effectively as part of a remote team.
Administrative skills and organization.
Experience with Google suite, Slack, Zoom.

DESIRED:
Experience in assistant or administrative roles.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and cloud services.
Working knowledge of Google Apps, Canva (or illustrator) and CRM is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Proactive approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team skills and customer service attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Help with the admissions process for the upcoming cohorts of Holberton school Antioquia programs.
Data entry and documents follow up related to participant’s stages in the program.
Support the design and implementation of processes for the program.
Administrative duties such as: reporting, presentations, minor expenses handling, logistics and others to support the participants' experience.
