Job Objective
Manage, coordinate and execute projects according to the established rules of Project management and the financial rules of bussines capital management and the standards of operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
:Give support to the different areas, plant, marketing, distribution, EOHS, Quality, FP and R and countries of the Region, in managing the evaluation, and estimating costs of new improvement .projects, savings, EOHS, quality, new products, etc.,or approval by the different categories.
:Validate the feasibility of implementing each project (objectives, scope, analysis of capacity and uses, savings, financial implications of each project).
:Ensure the necessary documentation for the approval process of the projects to be evaluated during the cost of sales and Budget review.
:Create, document and submit for approval, in Capital Management, each project assigned and approved by the category.
:Follow the rules of the Project management process in each project.
:
Execute each assigned investment project, meeting EOHS, quality, occupational health, environmental, and manufacturing plant efficiency standards.
:
Execute each assigned investment project, complying with EOHS, quality, occupational health, environment and efficiency standards for the different areas of the company.
:
Execute each assigned project, complying with the projected cash spend and with the defined schedules, taking adequate control of spending.
:
Provide the necessary information to suppliers and contractors to comply with the necessary specifications in each project
:
Comply with the Indirect Purchase requirements for the required acquisition process according to the amounts of each project.
:
Search for suppliers according to project requirements and present it to purchases.
:
Manage and design the process diagrams and instrumentation required for the execution of each project and provide the calculation memories.
:
Make periodic evaluation of the status of projects and make forecasts of expenses according to the needs of the company.
:
Create and manage fixed assets arising from new projects.
:
Analyze risk and contingency plans in the implementation of projects.
:
Prepare the communication plan for the start, status and end of the project.
:
Coordinate the MOC for the projects managed
:
Ensure capitalization of implemented projects and identification of assets in collaboration with finance.
:
Manage suppliers working on projects, in accordance with the rules of operational excellence.
:
Support the validation process for each proyect.
Job Specifications
:Schooling: University Degree in Engineering (Electronic and Mechatronic preferred)
:Experience: 4 years in production plant, projects.
:Additional Knowledge:
:Knowledge of the English language by 75
:Requires the management of MS Office, Project management and SAP.
