Research Coordinator (Biostatistics Support)

Research Coordinator - Biostatistics Research Support:
-The primary role of Research support is to update and manage health indicators and other related content on community health information websites.
-This function supports the work of healthcare providers, health departments, and health collaboratives across the US in their community health improvement efforts.
Oversight and Quality control:
-Data management tasks will be assigned by the Research Team and or Management.
-Specific sources and indicators will be allocated to the Coordinator, including methodology to be followed for accessing data, basic statistical calculations (as needed), and process for uploading into HCI Indicator Management System.
-Research staff will review work (QA) of offshore support, provide feedback if corrections are needed, and publish data updates to client sites once data quality is verified.

Requerimos
Candidates will have the following skills and characteristics:
-Proficient in English.
-Proficient Microsoft Excel.
-Able to work with at least several dozen data rows, and internet savvy (able to navigate various websites to download/extract data).
- experience in reporting, business analysis and similar positions.
-Strong attention to detail and knowledge of basic statistics.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with onshore staff.
-Familiarity with US healthcare industry, specifically in Public Health and terminology in English (a plus/trainable).
