Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Excellent English reading and writing skills
Team playerResponsibilities:Communicates with HR for the available positions and their requirements
Creates job postings and sends recruitment emails
Screen candidates by performing initial interview calls and forwarding qualified candidates to the Lead Recruiter
Manages candidate interview schedule with Lead Recruiter and HR
Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
Crowdsources potential candidates
Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR team to determine position prerequisites.
Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing procedures.
Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
Measure conversion rates which include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.
Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
Correspond with past candidates in regards to available job openings.
